Prescription Center of Ossining is a Family-Owned Pharmacy that has served the Greater Ossining area for 50 years.

Established in 1975 by Martin P. Wirth as a “Medicine Shoppe” franchise and originally located at 74 Croton Avenue. After 20 years withing the franchise the pharmacy became the Prescription Center of Ossining in 1995. After a short battle with cancer Martin passed away in 2002. His wife Joann assumed control of the pharmacy with the existing staff. In 2007, his son, Martin G Wirth joined Prescription Center of Ossining as a pharmacist.

In 2009, the pharmacy moved up the hill from its original location to 162 Croton Avenue.

The motto of the store has always been the same ”Going Above and Beyond”. We want everyone to be part of our Pharmacy family. We strive to get to know our customers on a personal level. We make every effort to take care of the entire family including your four legged friends.
